By accessing or using Earnit (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including challengers, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform.
Earnit operates fitness challenges (“Challenges”) in which participants (“Challengers”) pay $149 USD to enter. This payment is made up of two parts: (a) a non-refundable program fee of $49 USD, which covers the coaching program, software, and platform operations; and (b) a refundable commitment deposit of $100 USD, which is placed into a shared deposit pool for the Challenge.
Deposit return & pool distribution: Challengers who meet the finisher criteria receive their $100 deposit back in full, plus an equal share of the deposits forfeited by Challengers who do not finish. The entire deposit pool is distributed among finishers; Earnit takes no portion of the deposit pool. Payouts are made in cash via Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer after the finisher selects a payout method.
Finisher criteria: To qualify as a finisher, a Challenger must: (a) log activity for at least 6 out of 7 days per week throughout the Challenge period; (b) complete at least 4 workouts per week; (c) demonstrate a reduction in body fat percentage from their recorded starting measurement; and (d) have at least one verified body-fat scan on file. All finishers are treated equally — there is no ranking, and every finisher receives an equal share.
Deposit forfeiture: Challengers who do not meet the finisher criteria forfeit their $100 commitment deposit, which is redistributed to finishers as described above. The $49 program fee is non-refundable in all cases. If you leave the Challenge at any point, you may take $100 off a paid 1-on-1 coaching program; this is a discount on a purchase and has no cash value and is not a refund.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in a Challenge. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You must be in good physical health and cleared by a physician before beginning any fitness program. Earnit is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from participation in a Challenge.
Payments are collected via Stripe. Once you complete payment and enter a Challenge, your entry is non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this section.
The $49 program fee is non-refundable in all cases.
The $100 commitment deposit is returned to you (in cash, plus your share of the finisher pool) only by meeting the finisher criteria. If you stop, quit, or do not finish for any reason, your deposit is not returned in cash — it remains in the shared pool and is redistributed to finishers. If you leave the Challenge at any point, you may instead take $100 off a paid 1-on-1 coaching program with Earnit(a discount on a purchase — it has no cash value and is not a refund).
Earnit service failure: If a verified software malfunction on Earnit’s side materially prevents you from participating and you choose to opt out, Earnit will issue a full $149 refund. Eligibility is determined by Earnit based on our platform logs and health records.
Coaching discounts, promo codes, and referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, are valid for one redemption each, and expire as stated at the time of issuance.
The information provided on Earnit — including AI coaching responses, meal plans, workout suggestions, and macro calculations — is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any diet or exercise program. If you experience any pain, shortness of breath, or other adverse symptoms, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Earnit is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any entry fee, prize, or credit without refund.
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Earnit platform are the property of Earnit and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earnit and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in entry fees in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
