By accessing or using Earnit (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including challengers, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform.
Earnit operates fitness challenges (“Challenges”) in which participants (“Challengers”) pay a non-refundable entry fee of $149 USD to compete. The entry fee contributes to a shared prize pool.
Prize distribution: 70% of the total prize pool is distributed equally among all Challengers who meet the finisher criteria. The remaining 30% covers platform operations and administration.
Finisher criteria: To qualify as a finisher and receive a prize share, a Challenger must: (a) log activity for at least 6 out of 7 days per week throughout the Challenge period; (b) complete at least 4 workouts per week; and (c) demonstrate a reduction in body fat percentage from their recorded starting measurement.
Coaching credit: Challengers who do not meet finisher criteria receive a Trainerize coaching credit equal to their entry fee, applicable toward a Trainerize coaching program. This credit is a discount and does not cover the full cost of coaching.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in a Challenge. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You must be in good physical health and cleared by a physician before beginning any fitness program. Earnit is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from participation in a Challenge.
Entry fees are collected via Stripe and are non-refundable once the Challenge period begins. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion before the Challenge starts.
Promo codes and coaching credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, are valid for one redemption each, and expire as stated at the time of issuance.
The information provided on Earnit — including AI coaching responses, meal plans, workout suggestions, and macro calculations — is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any diet or exercise program. If you experience any pain, shortness of breath, or other adverse symptoms, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Earnit is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any entry fee, prize, or credit without refund.
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Earnit platform are the property of Earnit and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earnit and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in entry fees in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
